I collect Hutter stoppers, ceramic stoppers from blob top
bottles, swingtops, porcelaine swivel stoppers, lightning stoppers
and Ebonite stoppers from breweries world-wide. These stoppers
were first used around 1900, and in some countries such as
Germany, the Netherlands or Switzerland, these types of bottle
closures are still in use today.
My collection currently comprises about 10,000 different stoppers from 49 countries. All of these about 10,000 stoppers are presented with pictures on this webpage.
I trade and buy ceramic caps, but only those, which originate from breweries.
